Chairs are expected quality however the customer service was awful. To make a long story short after attempted phone calls with no answer and emails which they responded to with broken promises, the chairs finally shipped a month later than they were promised. My bad, I should have read the reviews before ordering them. A lesson learned by me. Amazon should use a rating system like eBay does so you can see what kind of a company you are dealing with upfront. I will not use this company again.

Price very reasonable. Nice rich color. Chairs came fully assembled!!!! The packing was A++ They are not real high quality but for the price they are a good value..
