Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase (especially for the price). The quality of the assembled chairs is good and I must admit that the appearance of the chairs is as good as chairs that cost twice as much. I live alone so I don't anticipate using the chairs frequently so they more than fit my needs. The assembly was straightforward and quick. I highly recommend these chairs. They are sturdy and I found them fairly easy to assemble (I am not what you would call "handy" around the house). They are not too narrow, nor too wide. They are comfortable and I like the style because I can change the look by using slipcovers easily. They are a good size because we are a family of tall people (some also large/heavy) living in a small townhouse, so they fit in the dining room without overwhelming it. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful Great set!, September 28, 2011 This review is from: Set of 2 Parson Dining Chairs Light Green Microfiber I purchased a pair of these light green chairs, along w/ the gold, red, and chocolate ones (swapped out the camel colored ones). The set looks wonderful! I can't wait to host the next dining party! These light green ones assembled absolutely the smoothest and quickest. I'm not sure if this has to do w/ the luck of the batch, as the other sets required a little more oomph. Still, it does help to have handy some pliers for the extra staples used, a hammer to tap in the wooden dowels, and a knife to ensure the cloth stays away from the screw holes plus to clean the splinters away from the holes in the wood.
