However they are very strong and well made chairs. Each chair comes in four pieces: back of the chair and two back legs are one piece, the seat another, and then the front two legs. If I remember right there are ten large screws for each chair. I would strongly suggest having a ratcheting screwdriver nearby with alan wrench-style fittings, because otherwise assembly can take forever.Of the four only one was wobbly on my laminate flooring because of the screw holes being off. Felt padding on some of the legs should fix this. They are very sturdy in structure, and the seats are very comfortable. I have not had them long enough to know whether the seats will become deformed or how the fabric holds up. Fabric color is pretty true to the picture. They have a small amount of padding on the chair and are true to size. They seat is large enough for us but note they are not as wide as most chairs. They appear sturdy and good for the price. Just got my 6 chairs today and was excited to put them together. Not hard at all. Just make sure you're using the right screws. I'm happy with my purchase but thought the fabric would have been lighter. The description says beige but they're more of a light brown--but still looks great. For the price, I'll just buy beige covers when I get tired of the brown. They are very sturdy and provide great back support. One chair ended up with uneven legs but nothing a thin felt tip won't correct. The best part is each chair arrived well wrapped and without a sratch. I would definitely buy these again especially since I can easily change colors with chair covers. |
